In order to ensure the proper and smooth implementation of research activities, our Research Ethics Committee, composed of both internal and external experts, conducts impartial and neutral reviews from ethical and scientific perspective in the compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Under our Research Ethics Committee, we have four specialized subcommittees: the "Human Tissue Utilization Review Committee", "Animal Experimentation Review Committee", "Genetically Modified Organism Review Committee", and "Genome and Gene Analysis Research Review Committee."
These subcommittees conduct reviews, approvals, monitoring, and post-evaluations for research activities conducted or outsourcing by our employees, based on ethical and scientific considerations.
