Revenue Model

RaQualia Pharma earns revenues by licensing its intellectual property rights, for example the development compounds for new drugs, to pharmaceutical companies. Our licensing strategy is to offer licensing at every stage in our business.

Licensing Licensing the right to use the development compound
AUpfront Payment Revenue received from licensing IP rights for development compounds to the pharmaceutical companies
BMilestone Payment Revenue received when each agreed milestone event is achieved
CRoyalty Payment Revenue received at a set percentage of sales after the product is launched on the market
Research Cooperation Revenue Revenue received as consideration for providing RaQualia's research results at the beginning of joint research, based on the terms of the joint research, and revenue received as consideration for services provided during the joint research.
