RaQualia was recently founded and has not paid any dividends to date.

RaQualia's primary goal is to provide growth opportunities for the company's shareholders via sustained productivity in new drug candidate compound research and development. Toward this end we will continue to invest in R&D activities for the foreseeable future. Nevertheless, we consider returning the company's profits to our shareholders to be a key management responsibility. In the event that we pay a dividend on surplus funds, we are considering a once-per-year disbursement at the end of the fiscal period. The decision regarding dividends will be made at the Shareholders' General Meeting. In addition, RaQualia has decided, pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Directors, the articles of incorporation provide for a mid-term dividend payment with the record date of June 30th of each year.
