RaQualia can develop optimal screening assays in limited time, based on the knowledge and innovative ideas we have fostered over the years, to discover "seeds" for new drugs. We can screen
our hundreds of thousands of library compounds through the SCARA robot system, which allows us to evaluate 10,000 compounds daily.
Effective Development from the Drug Seeds to the New Drugs
Our CAP（Centralized Analysis & Purification）system automatically purifies the newly synthesized crude compounds and weighs, dissolves, and dispenses them. This enables us to deliver the compounds to pharmacologist in solution with guaranteed purity five times more efficiently than with purifications performed manually by chemists (in-house record). As a result, the CAP system deliver approximately 150 newly synthesized compounds per week. All information related to compounds is managed using two-dimensional barcodes and is automatically integrated into our database system, which further promotes structure-activity relationships (SAR) studies.
The new compounds are synthesized with designs based on multidimensional data analyses, empirical rules, and computational chemistry techniques, along with efficient synthesis plans based on our accumulated knowledge and expertise.
Our pharmacological and ADMET assays are implemented in 384-well plates using a robot system. The data are managed using two-dimensional barcodes and are automatically integrated into our database system, which enables to share findings with medicinal chemists immediately and utilized the information for further compound optimization.
